I’m a UX Designer born in Brazil but with roots in the Czech Republic and Italy. Because I always wanted to do good things that (one can only hope) help make people’s lives better, I graduated as a Bachelor of Design and as a B. Tech in Project and Development in Web Design. And I've been doing that for 20 years designing solutions for companies like Telefónica, BNP Paribas Cardif, Itaú, and now Kiwi.com, in a friendly and bold way.
I love working with simple, practical solutions, always considering the information architecture and usability, to fulfil the needs of the projects. I work passionately to do my best, solving the problems of customers, focusing on the users’ needs, acting as their advocate. That way, I ensure to following their point of view and that they will be able to use a natural and frustration-free product.
