Hello! My name is Tereza Alux and my mission is to help people and companies achieve their goals through design solutions.
Over the past 18 years I have been involved in teams designing and creating digital products and services, focusing on creating the best possible user experience. I have directed my studies to understand human behavior through psychology and neuroscience, to provide friendly experiences and to create products according to people's needs.
I’m also Latam Director for Ladies That UX, co-organizing the São Paulo Chapter and engaging Latin America chapters and projects. LTUX is a global community, friendly and informal, that encourages and promote female skill and talent in user experience. Our focus is to improve women's participation in technology.
